Key Responsibilities

- * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement blockchain solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- * Ensure the security and scalability of blockchain-based applications.
- * Conduct research on emerging blockchain technologies and propose innovative solutions.
- * Monitor, maintain, and improve existing blockchain networks and applications.
- * Troubleshoot and resolve issues within blockchain frameworks and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or similar role.
- * Proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Hyperledger.
- * Strong programming skills in languages such as Solidity, Rust, Python, or JavaScript.
- * Experience with decentralized application (dApp) development and Web3 frameworks.
- * Solid understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721).
- * Knowledge of tools like Remix, Truffle, or Hardhat for blockchain development.
- * Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience
- * Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- * Minimum 3+ years of experience in blockchain development.
- * Prior experience in developing decentralized finance (DeFi) or NFT projects is a plus.
