Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and experienced real estate professional to fill a remote, part-time position focused on customer support and quality control. This role is ideal for those who are detail-oriented, enjoy working with technology, and are adept at handling a variety of customer inquiries. The position starts at 4-8 hours a day, 2-3 days a week, including weekends. We are particularly interested in candidates who have a background as a Transaction Coordinator or those looking to transition out of this role while remaining involved in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing tax records, permits, and other documentation to validate customer submissions for our administrative team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with real estate regulations. Conducting thorough reviews of listings for accuracy and compliance prior to their posting on the MLS, adhering to strict MLS and real estate rules. Collaborating with our overseas team, providing support and answering questions to ensure seamless operations across different time zones. Experience and Qualifications To excel in this role, candidates must possess a real estate license in NJ, WI, MO, or OH, as this is a requirement for some of the higher-paying tasks and future opportunities within the company. A strong preference is given to those who are kind, comfortable with technology, and able to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism. Being detail-oriented is crucial, as the work involves strict adherence to MLS and real estate rules. Additionally, candidates must be able to work US hours, be native US English speakers, and citizens, with the ability to commit to working weekends as part of the schedule.
Essential Qualifications
Real estate license in NJ, WI, MO, or OH. Experience in real estate, preferably as a Transaction Coordinator or in a related role. Strong technological skills and comfort with learning new software. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations. Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of MLS and real estate compliance.
