Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries primarily through calls and chat channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via calls and chats, promptly addressing customer questions and concerns
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and effectively address customer queries
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Providing knowledgeable assistance to customers, going the extra mile to deliver detailed information and resolve complex issues
  • Adhering to deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Identifying and escalating customer requests to managers when faced with complex issues
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Engaging in cross-selling and up-selling activities by promoting related products and services based on customer interests and previous purchases
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional and efficient customer support

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates in any stream can also apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word is an added advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of customer issues
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers
  • Experience working with computers and familiarity with relevant software applications

Additional Information

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect:

  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
  • Part-time hours: 54 per week
  • Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
  • Benefits:

+ Cell phone reimbursement

  • Schedule:

+ Fixed shift + Night shift + US shift

  • Supplemental pay types:

+ Performance bonus

  • Ability to commute/relocate:

+ Madgaon, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
