Job Summary:

We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide friendly and courteous assistance to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our customer service team
  • Handle customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage claims, and other travel-related services
  • Utilize our modernized retail location framework to efficiently process customer transactions and resolve issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, in-person, and through various digital channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, following established procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required by the organization
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently, with a strong understanding of computer software and hardware
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline or travel industry

  • Strong knowledge of airline operations, including baggage handling, ticketing, and other travel-related services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a variety of situations
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
