About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Data and Analytics Product Manager to join our Customer Success Group (CSG) organization. As a key member of the Data and Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative data products, analysis, and intelligence to drive customer adoption and success. Your expertise will help us better understand our customers' usage, adoption, and engagement behaviors, enabling us to provide tailored support and realize value from their investment in arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collaborator relationships and prioritize requests to ensure timely product delivery
• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap to support data and intelligence needs of business collaborators
• Lead the design and completion of product strategy with our Data Engineering team
• Partner with product specialists to document and evaluate required data and information
• Capture technical requirements for data capture and collaborate with data engineers and data scientists
• Act as a liaison between product teams, data teams, internal development teams, and business collaborators
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to grow arenaflex's internal domain and data knowledge
• Establish processes to test and validate data, ensuring high data integrity and quality
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and maintain business and technical requirements documents for analytics projects

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 8+ years of experience in a combination of data engineering, data analysis, product analytics, or an equivalent role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies with at least 3 years of experience
• Expertise in SQL and distributed data tools (Snowflake, Spark, Hive, Pig, MapReduce)
• Experience with Splunk, Python/R, and other BI tools is a plus
• Ability to translate data into relevant business insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with executives and technologists
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, experiment with products, and contribute cross-functionally
• Strong customer advocacy skills and experience, with the ability to work in difficult customer situations

Essential Qualifications

In addition to the above, you should possess:

• Sophisticated arenaflex product knowledge or certification is a big plus
• Experience with master data management, data integration, data governance, data analysis, or data quality to support cross-functional business teams
• Ability to see around corners and understand the levers of value creation for the company
• Outstanding presentation preparation skills
