About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will have the unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and travel agent partners, responding to inquiries related to our cruises, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise-related travel questions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to arenaflex customers via phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize your knowledge of arenaflex's cruises, destinations, and ship amenities to address customer questions and concerns
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that every issue is addressed promptly and efficiently

  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies, attending training sessions and workshops as required

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. You should be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage your time efficiently, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will need to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
