Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Data Entry Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Accumulating and organizing artwork files, including individual styles, props, and area designs, for shipments to manufacturing facilities
  • Labeling, categorizing, and developing final model packs for cargo
  • Organizing asset documents and uploading files to perception
  • Preparing documents for background Painters and color designer
  • Maintaining artwork files in standardized formats, including naming conventions
  • Assisting in the introduction and maintenance of design lists as needed
  • Taking notes at assigned conferences, including conference calls (Zoom) with vendors, animation launches, and other meetings
  • Obtaining Director's approval on artwork
  • Providing essential materials for artists, including reference
  • Pulling "same as" artwork
  • Maintaining excellent control for line quality in virtual artwork
  • Communicating any delays to production manager or supervisor immediately
  • Assisting in the archival of artwork once a production is complete
  • Making suggestions for streamlining and enhancing pipelines, including ideas for re-use, workflow efficiencies, and flagging complexity problems
  • Assisting in prepping materials for awards submissions
  • Updating and maintaining manufacturing art forums
  • Maintaining a helpful attitude, while showing eagerness and curiosity
  • Arranging morale events as directed by the line manufacturer/companion producer or manufacturing manager/manufacturing manager
  • Performing other applicable duties as assigned by the Line manufacturer or production supervisor

Additional Responsibilities:

As necessary, or as defined by individual contracts, you may be required to perform additional tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Ability to oversee multiple tasks and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Advantageous attitude with the ability to be flexible
  • Extremely good organizational, verbal, written, e-social skills and acumen

Skills and Competencies:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:

  • Mac or computer talented
  • Familiarity with Final Draft 9.0, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Informed use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint
