We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to lead the development and implementation of data analytics and business intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improvement. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional groups to design, build, and maintain data infrastructure that supports reporting and analysis for arenaflex's Medical Services Quality Improvement program.

Key Responsibilities:
* Direct the delivery of arenaflex's business intelligence and analytics initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain data infrastructure, including data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Design and implement data visualization and reporting solutions using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions to meet their needs.
- Perform data profiling and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of data processes, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure is secure, scalable, and meets business requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling, data governance, and data quality.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure Synapse.
- Knowledge of healthcare and clinical research concepts.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
- Strong experience with data governance, data quality, and data security.
