Job Description

The Enterprise Project/Program Management Analyst is an entry-level position designed for upcoming graduates who are eager to launch their careers in project and program management. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting low-complexity projects under the guidance and mentorship of experienced project managers. You’ll learn how to plan, coordinate, and deliver business results while building the foundation for a long-term career in project and program management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the achievement of project or program success factors
  • Gain an understanding of business objectives and help translate them into project outcomes
  • Assist in planning and implementing two or more aspects of projects or programs
  • Help identify and escalate project risks/issues, and contribute to mitigation strategies
  • Provide transparent project status updates
  • Engage with stakeholders to build collaboration and alignment
  • Coordinate, document, and communicate project requirements
  • Act as an advocate for the project team within the organization Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in progress, with expected graduation in December 2025 or Spring 2026 Experience
  • Previous internship, co-op, or project team experience in a professional or academic setting preferred, but not required
  • No prior full-time professional experience required Supervisory Responsibilities
