Work Framework

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring that their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. You will work closely with our team to provide support and guidance to our customers, and to ensure that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner

Required Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry

  • Postgraduate training or certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with airline operations, including flight scheduling, ticketing, and baggage handling
  • Knowledge of airline policies and procedures
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
