Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Account Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record in technical customer engagement and account management, you'll be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and foster long-term value creation. Your expertise in digital transformation, marketing, and sales will enable you to optimize opportunities, promote compliant and profitable growth, and strengthen consumer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive business success and inform strategic decisions

  • Develop and execute account strategies that align with sales or return-on-investment (ROI) goals, promoting commercial solutions and improving customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to gather information on consumer trends, competitor activity, prices, sales, and marketing and distribution methods
  • Evaluate and optimize opportunities to maximize portfolio growth, revenue, and marketing and distribution efficiency
  • Create business value propositions based on the voice of the customer that drive long-term value creation and growth
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Promote compliant and profitable digital transformation that strengthens consumer relationships, maximizes portfolio growth, and optimizes marketing and distribution
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other tools to manage customer relationships, sales pipelines, and forecasting

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Two (2) years of experience in technical customer engagement and account management, including experience with generating product sales and negotiations
  • Proven track record of success in digital account management, customer success, and business development
  • Experience with project management, building business relationships, sales prospecting, sales pipeline and forecasting, and customer relationship building
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other sales and marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in technical customer engagement and account management
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and business development, with a focus on digital transformation and customer success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base pay range: $122,699 to $152,699
  • Merit increases, annual bonus, and stock awards, based on individual performance
  • Sales incentives, based on revenue or utilization
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits
  • Paid time off, including up to 10 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours Holistic Health Time Off
  • Discretionary Time Off (DTO) for salaried/exempt employees
