Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer support team, handling incoming customer inquiries via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. You'll be working independently, but as part of a larger team that's dedicated to providing exceptional service. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their products and services, and provide expert advice to customers
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our clients' products and services

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Knowledge of our clients' products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
