Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our plan members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to balance your priorities in and outside of work. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role, and our supportive team will be there to guide you every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Provide personalized support to customers, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans and making recommendations to simplify their healthcare experience
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns and issues in a positive and productive manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
