Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Performing mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink fountain machines according to arenaflex's standards
- Investigating and troubleshooting issues with pop fountain equipment
- Maintaining all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
- Moving equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Working collaboratively with the team to resolve issues and meet customer needs
- Staying positive, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude and ability to fix machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
