Job Summary:

We're seeking dedicated and results-driven Customer Service Representatives to join our team on the overnight shift. As a fully remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact on our clients' lives. With a one-week training period conducted from 8 AM to 5 PM, you'll gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing solutions and support to meet their needs
  • Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process
  • Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with clients, providing timely and relevant information
  • Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions, even in challenging situations
  • Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, applying this knowledge to improve customer experiences
  • Creating and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Required:

+ High school diploma or equivalent + Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills + Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications + Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm + Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data

Preferred:

+ Previous experience in financial services or customer support + Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems

Working Conditions:

This position requires:

  • Sitting and talking for extended periods
  • Working on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM
  • Remote work setup following the initial training period
