As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a dynamic schedule that includes: * Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday * Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday * Competitive pay rate: $26 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through: * Processing product complaints through various communication channels (e.g., phone, email, chat) * Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner * Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information * Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed * Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints

Qualifications

We're looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals who possess: * A high school diploma or equivalent * At least 6 months of customer service experience * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements
