Job Description:

As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide superb customer care to clients by taking calls with an expert, insightful, and thoughtful attitude

  • Answer client messages with clear, concise, and step-by-step guidelines
  • Data entry and examination within various PC applications, including our e-commerce platform (www.arenaflex.com)
  • Information and research orders/solicitations

Expected Responsibilities – Prerequisites:

* Solid computer skills, and experience in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Great critical thinking skills, adapting quickly to change, and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient grammar and writing skills
  • Ability to interact and work well with other representatives
  • Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset
