Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Independently keying data into work orders with precision and accuracy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
• Meeting or exceeding weekly targets for data entry and processing, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborating with vendors to obtain missing information, showcasing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Conducting audits on invoices to identify and dispute unnecessary or unreasonable charges, demonstrating your attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Tracking and reporting cost savings achieved through your efforts, highlighting your ability to measure and analyze data.
• Communicating effectively with the Customer Service Management (CSM) team, ensuring seamless collaboration and excellent customer service.
• Participating in special projects as assigned and completing other duties as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.

What We're Looking For

An ideal candidate for this role has:

• An Associate's Degree (preferred) or relevant experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in data entry and administration.
• Excellent keyboarding skills with a strong focus on accuracy, showcasing your ability to work efficiently and effectively.
• Good organizational abilities and familiarity with Excel and Word, highlighting your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Familiarity with material handling and aerial equipment is also preferred, showcasing your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

This position requires:

• Regular sitting or standing for up to 8 hours, along with repetitive hand motions for typing.
