What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Online Chat Specialist for arenaflex's Financial Services Division, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats: Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Evaluating customer interactions: Assess customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
