Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries regarding customer promotions, researching eligibility requirements, troubleshooting issues related to self-registration, and addressing billing questions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
  • Research eligibility requirements and troubleshoot issues related to self-registration, standalone toll-free calls, and out-of-franchise long distance service
  • Address billing questions and provide accurate information to customers
  • Manage incoming calls while simultaneously working on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions
  • Provide a positive customer experience, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy, understanding, and professionalism
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution
