What to Expect as a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: - Handling Incoming Calls: Handle approximately 75 to 100 calls per day from policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction. - Developing Industry Knowledge: Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments. - Collaborating with Team Members: Collaborate with management and team members to address service issues and concerns, ensuring seamless communication and resolution. - Providing Front-Line Support: Provide front-line phone customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.

What We're Looking For in a Candidate

To succeed as a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll need: - 1 Year of Office Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. - Computer Skills: Proficiency in using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software. - Remote Work Experience: A minimum of 6 months of work-from-home experience, with a dedicated quiet area for working from home. - High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
