They are seeking a Junior Designer to become part of their award-winning team, where the role involves using visual thinking and design skills to solve strategic business challenges and deliver impactful visual stories.
Responsibilities
- Use visual thinking and hands-on design skills to solve strategic business challenges
- Provide a unique perspective, inspiring concepts, and visual support for projects
- Flex and showcase a variety of creative skills
- Collaborate effectively with team members across the agency
- Deliver client-ready assets for social, out of home, brand marketing, advertising, web, events, print & presentation deck design
- Craft and elevate visually engaging presentations that transform ideas into impactful visual stories
- Thrive in a diverse environment and contribute to the overall culture of Day One
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in design
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Google Slides
- Multi-disciplinary design portfolio
- Experienced in designing across platforms, from digital and print to experiential media
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing workloads to meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to take projects from concept through final design execution
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communicator with a track record of presenting concepts to clients and applying creative solutions to business challenges
- Collaborates effectively to iterate on and evolve concepts through constructive feedback
- Energetic and collaborative with a great work ethic
- Bachelor's Degree
