Your Role at arenaflex

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and having the opportunity to grow and challenge yourself every day. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
  • Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
  • Communicating effectively with customers and escalating interactions when necessary
  • Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications and Requirements

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a virtual team environment)
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need to meet the following internet connection requirements:

  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
