Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various integrated platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large volumes of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
  • Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations

Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Excellent customer service abilities, with a proven track record of over-achieving quota

  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different types of characters
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to navigate and utilize them effectively
  • Customer orientation, with the ability to respond to diverse customer needs and preferences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer information
  • Computer skills, with the ability to navigate and utilize various software applications
  • Experience with outbound calling, with a focus on generating sales leads and building relationships with customers
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Sales and upselling experience preferred, with a focus on generating revenue and building customer loyalty
  • Spanish language proficiency advantageous, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in Spanish
