Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to inbound calls from clients, providing accurate and timely information regarding claims status, eligibility, and benefit information

  • Utilize proficient computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve client issues
  • Work with both Member and Provider clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity

Essential Qualifications

* 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Avaya systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Empathy and the ability to control conversations and calls
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a health insurance call center environment

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply
  • Soft skills, such as professionalism and caring, are highly valued in this role
