As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our valued passengers. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with reservations, ticketing, flight information, and other inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Process changes to reservations, including rebooking and cancellations.
  • Provide support during irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
