Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the frontline of our customer service team, playing a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and effective manner

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a seamless travel experience
  • Provide information on flight schedules, policies, and procedures to customers
  • Assist with booking, cancellations, and changes to reservations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
  • Keep up-to-date with company policies and travel industry trends
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for helping others
  • Previous customer support experience is preferred
  • Basic Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional training or certification in customer service is a plus

Hourly Salary Range
