Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in interacting with our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating order transactions. Your exceptional communication skills, service-oriented approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, or online chat to provide timely and precise communication, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Collect and enter orders for our products, managing the flow of sales orders for internal sales partners and confirming accuracy.
  • Field customer questions and concerns, taking appropriate actions to develop resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records in our CRM and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals.
  • Assist with various projects and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven customer support experience with the ability to adapt and respond to different situations, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and attention to detail, with the ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and navigate various sources of information to assist customers with product inquiries.
  • A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a B2B setting, with a professional, outgoing, and service-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Asana.
