Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategizing customer service efforts to ensure seamless and efficient support
  • Providing chat and email support to our clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating and updating support articles to ensure that our clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information
  • Managing billing, refund, and cancellation processes on payment platforms
  • Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Tracking key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to inform business decisions
  • Analyzing user test videos to understand how clients perceive our product and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proactively managing our team using tools like ClickUp, Slack, and other collaboration platforms
  • Helping to build a team of CS superstars and identifying and solving solutions to complex customer issues
  • Providing expert guidance to clients on how to use our proxies effectively
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Basic to mid-level backend programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • IT-related background, with a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • High-level written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and efficient support
  • Self-motivation, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your role
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
  • Deep understanding of the internet and technology, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in tools like Slack, Google Mail, Google Sheets, and other collaboration platforms
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, such as Zendesk and Intercom
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop your skills and knowledge
