As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system while ensuring confidentiality and quality standards are met. You will work in a remote capacity, with flexible scheduling options available to accommodate your needs. Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images
- Identifying document types based on provided documentation
- Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets or exceeds quality requirements
- Ensuring all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards
- Professionally interacting with other staff as needed
- Making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
- Completing all tasks for the day
- Performing other basic office duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused and on-task
- Experience in data entry or similar roles preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in reading and speaking English
- Typing speed: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy
- KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy
- Ability to multitask and move quickly
- Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions
- Required to maintain confidentiality of client data
