Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing support and solutions via phone, chat, and email. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend, working 40 hours per week from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and meets the customer's needs
  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
  • Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Be available to work on national holidays and Sundays, with compensation provided accordingly

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Right to work in the Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 7 am to 9 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
  • Initial four weeks' availability for full-time training (paid)
  • A quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • A minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no Wi-Fi)

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
