Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our Trust and Security team as a Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Adversarial Abuse group, which focuses on identifying and eliminating malicious actors, and the Business Analytics group, which provides insights, estimates, and reporting for our global operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring the safety and security of our users.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the Adversarial Abuse group in identifying and eliminating malicious actors, including account takeovers, spam, and commitment abuse

• Collaborate with the Business Analytics group to provide insights, estimates, and reporting for our global operations
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including account, social, and content-based signs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Design, to improve location and tooling, and drive scaled implementation
• Manage accelerations with quick turnaround times, providing data-driven insights and experiences to inform decision-making
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team, and develop and retain top talent

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• 4+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and software development
• 2+ years of experience in leading teams, with a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence
• Strong expertise in SQL, R, and Matlab, with experience in data visualization and storytelling
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams
• Experience in working with large datasets, including data cleaning, processing, and analysis
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive strategy and decision-making using data-driven insights

Preferred Qualifications

* Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• Experience in working with machine learning models, including training, testing, and deployment
• Strong expertise in programming languages, including Python, Java, and C++
• Experience in working with cloud-based platforms, including Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services
• Strong understanding of web security, including threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies
• Experience in working with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
