Requirements

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Comfortable using technology and navigating online platforms, with experience in customer service software and tools.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
