Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints efficiently and courteously
  • Providing accurate information about products and services
  • Maintaining customer records and updating account information
  • Working collaboratively with team members to meet overall department goals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

Essential Qualifications
