As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Assistance:

Checkout Assistance:

Assist customers on the checkout counter, process transactions, and manage coins or card payments.

Returns and Exchanges:

Handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds according to arenaflex's policies and procedures.

Membership Services:

Promote and explain arenaflex club benefits to customers, help with club sign-ups, and address club-related inquiries.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the products sold in our warehouse to accurately answer customer questions and provide recommendations.

Stocking and Merchandising:

Assist with stocking shelves, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is well-organized.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating complex problems to higher management when necessary.

Phone and Email Support:

Provide customer service through phone or email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms and common areas.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.

Required Qualifications:
