Worldwide Salaried Open

Position: Energy Efficiency Consultant, Residential Single Family Program (Hybrid Schedule) Eversource will not offer immigration-related sponsorship for this position. Applicants who require immigration sponsorship—either now or in the future—should not apply. This includes, but is not limited to, direct company sponsorship, listing Eversource as the employer of record on immigration documents, or any work authorization that requires company involvement or documentation (e.g., H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, J-1, O-1, etc.). Eversource supports work-life balance by offering hybrid schedules for certain roles. Eligibility is based on job responsibilities, operational needs, nature of work and team dynamics. Current guidelines require employees to work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the third day set by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. These guidelines apply to roles approved for remote work and are subject to change, based on managerial discretion and work performance. All applicants must be able to work up to five days in the office if needed (for example: emergencies, training, or other business needs) or should the policy change. If you’re passionate about sustainability, join a team of professionals connected and motivated by this common commitment to the environment and a clean energy future. In this role within the Energy Efficiency department, you will manage the Residential Turnkey Solutions (RTS) program delivery for single-family homes. The RTS single-family program delivers comprehensive Home Energy Assessments designed to drive the adoption of weatherization and electrification improvements in 1-4 unit households. Successful program management involves working with other Mass Save® Sponsors, implementation vendors, and external stakeholders to implement decarbonization programs through a collaborative, statewide approach. You will be responsible for ensuring that the electric and natural gas programs for this customer segment are deployed in a customer‑centric and cost‑efficient manner while also ensuring internal and external expectations for service delivery are met. As an Energy Efficiency Consultant, you will be accountable for the performance of lead implementation vendors who are in turn responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery across the network of vendors and subcontractors through the Eversource territories. Core program services include but are not limited to home energy assessments, weatherization, heat pump installation, health and safety repairs, and general energy efficiency and decarbonization education. The delivery network includes Home Performance Contractors (“HPCs”), Independent Installation Contractors (“IICs”) and select Heat Pump Installer Network (“HPIN”) contractors. You will also be responsible for regular engagement and coordination with colleagues including other program implementers, marketing and evaluation teams, working group peers from other Mass Save Sponsors, and external stakeholders such as our customers, state agencies, regulators, and others. Essential Functions
