Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, Demand Planning – Americas BU, you'll be responsible for leading the demand planning process for all products in our range, including beverages, consumables, and machines. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective demand planning strategies, drive business growth, and improve customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity that requires a strong background in demand planning, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the S&OP process by developing and maintaining accurate and timely demand plans for all products in our range

  • Collaborate with the Store Network – US team to develop and implement effective demand planning strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide expert guidance and support to cross-functional teams on demand planning best practices and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement

Capability and Necessities

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or operations

  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the FMCG/Retail industry
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with demand planning software, such as Anaplan or SAP
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
