A Day in the Life of a Member Solutions Advocate

As a Member Solutions Advocate at arenaflex, you will be based at our Rockland headquarters, where you will work closely with our members to address their various needs and concerns. Whether it's assisting with loan payments, providing balance inquiries, or helping members open new accounts, you will be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our valued members. Our fast-paced environment requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to pivot seamlessly from one transaction to another. At arenaflex, we invest in our employees' success, providing comprehensive on-the-job training and an introductory period for feedback and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional member service via telephone, addressing a wide range of needs and concerns

  • Assist members with loan payments, balance inquiries, and account openings
  • Help members navigate our website, online banking, and bill pay features
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex member issues
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, providing accurate and timely information to members
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Skills & Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members and staff at all levels
  • Knowledge of Credit Union products and services a plus; Microsoft Word and Excel experience also beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to navigate our mobile app and website
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

Work Schedule and Benefits:

* Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week, including extended hours on Thursday and Friday, and a short schedule every other Saturday

  • Hybrid remote work arrangement, with the potential to transition to full remote work after the introductory period and training
