Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to patients and healthcare providers through email and chat platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive experience for our clients while effectively addressing their inquiries and concerns. As a Remote Email/Chat Support Assistant, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, working closely with other team members and departments to resolve complex inquiries and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emails and chat inquiries from patients and healthcare providers. - Provide accurate information regarding medical imaging services, appointment scheduling, and insurance queries. - Assist in troubleshooting issues related to services, appointments, and online platforms. - Maintain clear and concise communication, ensuring that all client interactions are documented in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. - Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex inquiries and enhance service delivery. - Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and service offerings to provide accurate information. - Identify common issues and trends in client inquiries and report them to management for process improvements. - Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance service skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in a related field is a plus. - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting. - Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling. - Proficiency in using email and chat support tools, as well as CRM systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity. - Empathy and patience while dealing with patients and healthcare professionals. - Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
