Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our Aetna team remotely. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time remote opportunity, and successful candidates will be able to work from home and collaborate with our team to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities: Enter data into our systems accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of data quality and integrity Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, including participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity Perform other related duties as required Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of data quality and integrity Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the healthcare industry or with health insurance claims Familiarity with data entry software and systems, particularly in the healthcare industry Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
