Key Responsibilities:

As a Full-Time Online Chat Representative – Member Support & Financial Solutions Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional member service via phone, email, and online chat from a non-member facing call center environment
  • Responding to member financial inquiries and uncovering opportunities to recommend appropriate financial solutions that help maintain the member's relationship with arenaflex
  • Assisting members with service requests and providing solutions on a variety of financial accounts
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex member issues and provide seamless support
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to ensure informed member support

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive member information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a financial institution or related field

  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
