Job Summary
As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and navigating our website seamlessly. You'll be the go-to resource for product inquiries, and your creativity and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you find innovative solutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Promptly answer incoming calls, delivering world-class service that exceeds customer expectations
- Expertly manage inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and other concerns with precision and enthusiasm, while seamlessly assisting customers in placing orders over the phone
- Effectively communicate sales and promotions
- Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills
- Provide innovative solutions for issues like defective items, lost orders, and refunds
- Develop expertise in navigating the arenaflex website to assist customers
- Track shipments and process price adjustments and shipping credits
- Maintain solid knowledge of our product line, pricing, and policies
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information
- Proactively resolve customer concerns within empowered boundaries
- Meet and exceed Key Performance metrics
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
* High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant work experience also considered)
- Previous inbound call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills for professional phone interactions
- Knowledge of arenaflex products
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
- Computer proficiency, including web navigation and system toggling
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Successful completion of all required training programs is essential to maintain the role and ensure continued professional growth and development
