Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist – Remote Part-Time Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. You'll work closely with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our soft drink dispensing equipment, providing top-notch customer service and technical expertise. This is a part-time remote position, with a flexible schedule that includes working on weekends and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink dispensing equipment according to arenaflex standards

  • Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, working as a team player to resolve technical issues and ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical services)

  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical services role
  • Knowledge of soft drink dispensing equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., HVAC, electrical)
