Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Promptly responding to customer queries via live chat, email, phone, and social media channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.
  • Escalating serious complaints or issues that require additional support, working closely with colleagues and managers to find the best solutions.
  • Liaising with colleagues and other departments to gather information and provide feedback on customer interactions.

  • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations.

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to customers.
