What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

• Assisting customers via telephone or email, addressing their queries related to accounts, procedures, and services
• Providing top-notch customer service to both customers and arenaflex personnel, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
• Performing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through arenaflex's escalation process
• Partnering with the Sales Department to provide administrative support and drive business growth
• Handling basic data entry and other administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail

Qualifications

We're looking for a talented individual with:

• 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged)
• A High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on professional telephone and email etiquette
• Essential skills: active listening, responsiveness, and a personable approach
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.)
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also working independently
• Problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.)

Compensation

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 - $21.50, depending on your experience and qualifications.
