Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive
• Resolving customer issues following company guidelines, demonstrating a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and needs
• Multitasking across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and focused on delivering results
• Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring that every interaction with customers, colleagues, and clients is clear, concise, and respectful

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A desktop or laptop with Windows 11 or higher (no Chromebooks or MacBooks)
• A friendly, social personality that shines through in every interaction
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and grow
• Previous call center experience (preferred, but not required)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial in this role:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in multiple software applications and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

• Hourly pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
• Health benefits after 90 days of employment
• PTO for full-time employees (part-time employees will be eligible for PTO after 6 months of service)
• 401K with matching contributions

Schedule

Our part-time Customer Service Representative role requires a flexible schedule, with the following hours:

• Monday-Friday: 4pm-6pm
• Saturdays: 8am-8pm
• Weekends and holidays are required, with occasional overtime as needed
