Job Summary
We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Online Chat Specialist to join our team. As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with site visitors, responding to their queries, and providing prompt and accurate service. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional customer service skills will make a lasting impression on our clients' customers.
Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- PC keyboarding and internet experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
