Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing expert support and guidance on their products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude

  • Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve customer issues
  • Research and verify customer information using online resources, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Follow communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide customers with product and service information as needed, staying up-to-date on the latest offerings and features
  • Continuously learn and train to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills, staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry
  • Update job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities, ensuring you're always equipped with the latest tools and resources

Essential Qualifications

* Professional work ethic, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively, ensuring efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and provide solutions to customer inquiries
  • Basic computer skills, utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications, with a minimum typing speed of 25wpm
  • Ability to identify and escalate priority issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Preferred Qualifications

* Bi-lingual skills in Spanish or French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak these languages

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools and resources
