Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Collaborating with Repair Technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime
  • Verifying the accuracy of invoices and sending them to customers in a timely manner
  • Analyzing data and running reports to identify areas for process improvement, recommending changes to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals, driving continuous improvement and excellence

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience with demonstrated accomplishments
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team player, with a self-starter mentality and a willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience working in a repair coordination or customer service role, with a strong understanding of repair processes and logistics
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret and act on data insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, repair technicians, and other stakeholders
