Job Description

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information to customers via phone. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible schedule that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide product information and support to customers via phone
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Google Chrome browser and ability to work with a headset and microphone

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
